Heal and Raise with Dr Neelu is provided by Dr Neelu, an Ayurvedic practitioner based in London. Contact: drneelu@ayuspa.co.uk.

Health information

Programmes offer traditional Ayurvedic lifestyle, diet and self-care guidance. They complement medical care and do not replace diagnosis, prescribed treatment or emergency care. Please keep your GP informed and do not stop any medication without medical advice. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Booking and prices

Requesting a date on this website does not reserve an appointment; I will confirm availability. Prices are shown in pounds sterling as one-off totals. Payment is taken through PayPal. Each programme includes only what is described on its page.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you ask me to start your programme within those 14 days, you agree that a proportionate amount may be deducted for services already provided, and that once the programme is fully delivered the right to cancel ends. To cancel, email drneelu@ayuspa.co.uk. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Rescheduling

If you need to move a call, please let me know as early as possible and I will offer another time.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email me and I will respond promptly. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
