Privacy policy

This policy explains how I, Dr Neelu, trading as Heal and Raise with Dr Neelu, use personal information when you visit this website, send a booking request or pay for a programme. I am the data controller. Contact: drneelu@ayuspa.co.uk.

What I collect

• Booking requests: programme and duration, preferred date, time and timezone, your email address and, if you choose, your name.
• Payments: PayPal processes your payment. I receive the order reference, amount, status and the details PayPal shares with sellers (such as payer name and email). I never see your card details.
• Messages: anything you send me by email or WhatsApp.
• Health information: details you choose to share about your health during a programme. This is special category data and I use it only with your explicit consent to provide your programme.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by the hosting provider for security.

Why I use it and the lawful basis

• To respond to requests and deliver programmes you book — contract, or steps before a contract.
• To keep payment and accounting records — legal obligation.
• To keep the website secure — legitimate interests.
• Health information — your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

• PayPal (payment processing).
• The website hosting and database providers who store booking requests securely on my behalf.
• WhatsApp (Meta) or my email provider, if you contact me through them.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when pages load.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Booking requests that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. Client and payment records are kept for up to 6 years to meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to its use, or request a copy to transfer. Email drneelu@ayuspa.co.uk; I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
